Junior Roofing Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Junior Roofing Sales
Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is
interested in developing a career in roofing sales and enjoys working with customers.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, willing to learn, and comfortable building
relationships. Roofing or sales experience is a plus but not required. Training and support
will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
 Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospective clients.
 Learn to identify customer roofing needs and provide professional
recommendations.
 Use company-provided technology to prepare preliminary roofing estimates and
quotes.
 Schedule and conduct roofing appointments with homeowners.
 Learn about and confidently present roofing systems, materials, warranties, and
available options.
 Prepare and present professional proposals to prospective customers.
 Follow up with leads and prospective customers in a timely and professional
manner.
 Maintain and manage an individual sales pipeline with guidance from the senior
sales team.
 Develop qualified sales opportunities and work toward converting them into signed
roofing contracts.
 Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, estimates, proposals, and
customer interactions.
 Communicate with customers and internal teams to help ensure a smooth
experience from the initial appointment through the sales process.
 Participate in ongoing training to develop roofing knowledge, sales skills, and
product expertise.
