About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our Innovation team and drive the successful delivery of software and AI-focused projects. In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle-from planning and budgeting through execution, delivery, and project closure-while ensuring alignment between clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

You will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions on time, within scope, and within budget, while continuously improving project management practices and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring successful execution within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, resource requirements, and implementation plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations, communicating progress, and facilitating decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies when needed.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting in close collaboration with the Accounting team.
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure successful project handover, formal acceptance, and completion of all contractual and commercial obligations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, operational processes, and best practices.

If you have 

• Proven project management experience within the software development industry.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle and established project management methodologies.
• Experience working with Agile frameworks, including Scrum; additional methodologies are a plus.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, track, and mitigate project risks, blockers, and scope changes;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial acumen.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is considered an advantage.
