Based in the Indianapolis area, this role will support multiple communities throughout the state by assisting with make readies, service requests, and small projects as needed. We’re looking for a dependable, self-motivated team member who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in delivering exceptional service across our communities.

• → Traveling to various properties to support onsite teams with maintenance needs.
• → Completing make readies efficiently to ensure apartment homes are move-in ready.
• → Assisting with service requests, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs in a timely manner.
• → Supporting small projects and preventative maintenance tasks as directed.
• → Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in work areas and maintenance spaces.
• → Communicating effectively with property teams to understand priorities and provide updates.
• → Delivering professional and courteous service when interacting with residents and team members.
• → Following safety protocols and company standards at all times.

• General knowledge of maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to different teams and communities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between properties.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
