The Marketing & Communications Specialist serves as the primary marketing resource for Great Falls Clinic and Great Falls Hospital. This position supports organizational goals through the development and execution of marketing, communication, advertising, digital media, and community outreach initiatives.
The Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for creating compelling content across print and digital platforms, managing the organization's social media presence, supporting website content, promoting providers and services, coordinating community engagement activities, and helping maintain a consistent and professional brand presence. This role collaborates closely with leadership, providers, and departmental teams to communicate organizational priorities and strengthen community awareness.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Experience creating marketing materials for print and digital distribution.
- Website experience and coding background beneficial, but not required.
- Experience in healthcare industry, preferred
- Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
- Proficiency with
- Canva
- Microsoft Office
- Social media management platforms
- Basic photography and video editing tools
- SmartSheets
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
- Knowledge of WordPress preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong graphic design and visual communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.
- Customer service mindset and professional interpersonal skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment when communicating organizational information.
