Room Cleaning:

• →Clean, dust, and polish guest rooms and public areas.
• →Make beds, change linens, and replace towels.
• →Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean windows.
• →Empty trash bins and restock room supplies such as soap, shampoo, and tissues.

Key Responsibilities:

General maintenance and repairs of buildings and facilities

Gardening, mowing, weeding, and landscaping duties

Upkeep of outdoor areas including paths, fences

Scrub and disinfect sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.

Replace toiletries and towels as needed.

Ensure all bathroom amenities are neatly arranged.

Clean and maintain the cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, stairways, and elevators.

Clean staff areas, including offices and break rooms.

Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.

Provide excellent customer service and handle guest complaints or requests with professionalism.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.

Maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.

Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
