Responsibilities

→Assist in the setup and breakdown of drone light show equipment at various locations.
→Perform routine maintenance and checks on drones and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
→Coordinate logistics and handle the transportation of equipment to and from show sites.
→Work closely with the Pilot in Command to execute flight plans and ensure the smooth operation of drones during shows.
→Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
→Report any technical issues or concerns to the Pilot in Command, Manager, and Director of Starlight Operations promptly.
→Be flexible with your schedule to accommodate the dynamic nature of show timings and locations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical aptitude and ability to handle electronic equipment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions from the Pilot in Command.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel as needed and work in outdoor settings.
FAA Part 107 certification is not required but encouraged.
Must attend a mandatory 3-day Boot Camp in March or April 2024.
