Data Analyst

Greenfields Collections is seeking a creative and innovative Insights Analyst to join our Product Team in the Analytics & Insights organization. You’ll join a dedicated, passionate team that is transforming charitable giving reporting & analytics for our clients.

• →Innovate and develop solutions that enable insights into how clients can infuse more goodness into the world through their corporate programs.
• →Work with other teams within Greenfields Collections to identify meaningful metrics and KPIs to evaluate product performance.
• →Continuously improve our internal processes to bring data together and provide accurate and insightful information to our stakeholders
• →Contribute to the building and scaling of Greenfields Collections’s analytics products to meet the growing client base and their data needs.
• →Be an awesome team member by leading or supporting our analytics products and solution development.

• A passion for Greenfields Collections’s “Moonshot”, aka our social mission to infuse more goodness in the world!
• A natural ability for problem solving, learning quickly, and translating data into meaningful insights (because we understand that not everyone has expertise on absolutely everything!).
• You are data-driven, detail oriented and have a passion for intuitive data visualization and storytelling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate messages to non-technical audiences.
• Great interpersonal skills (because teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Creativity, innovation, and a different perspective and approach to things because your opinion is always valued!
• Can-do attitude and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Previous experience in a development, product, or project management role is a plus (bonus points if you have all 3!)
• Experience with data analysis tools, structured query language (SQL), and data visualization is a plus with bonus points for TIBCO Jaspersoft products.
