UNET Operator - 2nd Shift

Recipe Preparation and Production

• Preparation of approved recipes to the established SOP
• Coordinates with department leads to build production schedule
• Expected to produce all scheduled/required emulsions in a timely manner
• May be asked to aid other departments when emulsions are not required

Machine Operation

• Uses process-specific machines to complete tasks. These include Homogenizers, Sonicators, etc.
• Visually inspects all parts and machines, completing appropriate documentation accordingly
• Notes any anomalies in machine operation and contacts QA before proceeding with further use of said machine(s)
• Submits purchase requests to Managers for replacement parts as needed

Sanitation

• Cleans, sanitizes, and organizes to food safety standards
• Maintains a clean workspace using the approved cleaners/sanitizers
