This is primarily a Monday–Friday, normal business-hours position, with some flexibility needed to support admissions and facility needs outside of regular hours. This may include occasional weekends, evenings, midnights, or holidays as needed.

The position may also require occasional travel throughout the state.

Choosing long-term care is a major decision for residents and their families. As Director of Admissions, you’ll be one of the first people they turn to for guidance, information, and reassurance.

Your ability to listen, answer questions, build trust, and help families navigate the admissions process can make a meaningful difference in their experience.

If you’re someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping families during an important transition, we’d love to hear from you!
