Behaviours:
We are different to a lot of traditional network agencies. We are independent and growing. Good project management at Greenpark is still about being the drivers and lifeblood of how we run our client work and joining the dots across departments internally on workstreams to deliver the best work, on time and on budget. We aren’t perfect and we’ll make mistakes – but we’ll learn from them, work together and always find a way to drive things forward. There is a certain robustness and “fierceness” needed for this role. Someone who is not afraid to say no if it’s not right, and is able to positively challenge ways of working with a positive mindset to unblock blockers and to drive things forward.
We are looking for an experienced senior who is ambitious and is looking to drive the growth of Greenpark alongside the management team.
Someone who is:
-
- Hands up and hands in – offering support and diving in to fix things
- A radiator not a drain – brings energy and clarity, not noise and confusion
- Action and solution orientated
- A driver not a passenger
- A meticulous checker and on the detail
- A sponge of information
- Open to give their point of view and opinion
- Kind, not nice: we give constructive feedback to improve others, and take the same constructive feedback to improve ourselves and the environment we work in
- Thick skinned and warm hearted
- Part of a team
