To get additional support for our production team, we are looking for a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician.
Requirements
~1 min read- Completed vocational training, apprenticeship, technical education, or comparable practical experience in manufacturing, mechanics, mechatronics, automation, electronics, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a production, technical workshop, laboratory, maintenance, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Basic technical and mechanical understanding, with an interest in learning how machines and manufacturing processes work.
- Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, maintenance schedules, checklists, machine manuals, and safety requirements accurately.
- Practical problem-solving ability and a structured approach to identifying and resolving routine technical issues.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when performing production, maintenance, inspection, and documentation activities.
- Reliable, hardworking, punctual, and consistent in completing assigned work.
- Ability to recognize personal authorization limits and escalate issues before making unapproved technical or process changes.
- Strong hands-on attitude and willingness to work directly with production machinery, tools, materials, and equipment.
- Cooperative and service-oriented approach when supporting manufacturing operators and other colleagues.
- Clear communication regarding machine status, maintenance activities, faults, and unresolved issues.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to use digital production, maintenance, and documentation systems.
- Languages: English at least B2; German or any other language is a plus.
