Senior Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our organization's systems infrastructure, including both Linux and Windows environments, ensuring high availability and security. Your expertise in cloud services, particularly AWS, will be vital in maintaining and scaling our systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support systems and networks that meet the needs of our growing organization.

• →Design, implement, and maintain Linux, Windows-based systems, and other environments.
• →Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, including server performance and connectivity issues.
• →Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of systems through proactive monitoring, incident management, and capacity planning.
• →Automate repetitive tasks and improve system efficiency through scripting and configuration management (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform).
• →Implement and manage system security policies and configurations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• →Design backup and disaster recovery plans, ensuring data integrity and system resilience.
• →Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in system engineering, cloud computing, and automation tools.
• →Provide mentorship and guidance to systems engineers and IT staff.
• →Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support when needed.
