Responsibilities

→Assemble battery-powered riding mowers, utility vehicles, and related products according to work instructions and quality standards.
→Install mechanical and electrical components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
→Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
→Safely operate production tools and equipment.
→Complete required production and quality documentation.
→Report equipment, material, quality, or safety concerns.
→Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
→Rotate between workstations and participate in cross-training opportunities.
→Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
→Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Manufacturing, assembly, automotive, production, or mechanical experience preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
