Position Summary: 

The Content Creator is responsible for photography and video production in collaboration with the creative team. You’ll bring professional experience and technical expertise to offer creative solutions that meet our imaging and production goals. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely and collaboratively with the creative and production team to produce content 
  • Take photos showcasing the Greenworks products and solutions 
  • Production work, including photo editing, video editing, and more 
  • Uploads and manages photos for easy retrieval 
  • Provides fast turnaround of images for web, social media, and news media requests.  
  • Assist with generating content for social media 
  • Ability to absorb and respond to creative feedback 
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project perspectives 
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment where functioning autonomously and collaborating as part of a team are equally important 
  • Strong understanding of photography, videography, image library, and storage systems 

 

Required Education and Experience:  

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred (not required) 
  • 2-5 years’ experience in video and/or photography digital content production, and product photography Video/Photography field experience preferred. Strong portfolio of work. 
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, Microsoft Word, and Excel 
  • Experience operating a variety of camera equipment, including lighting 
  • Creative and graphic design skills are a bonus 
  • Comfortable with production-related work (editing photos, resizing to fit on social platforms, creating templates to work with, etc.) 
  • Ability to assess competing priorities and multi-task 
  • Capacity to quickly learn and navigate internal processes, procedures, as well as data and content development processes 
  • Other duties as assigned 
  • Some local and regional travel required
