Final Assembly Operators – 1st Shift

• Shift: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM start
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: Shifts may extend up to 12 hours based on production needs.
• Weekends: Voluntary weekend opportunities only
• Experience: Entry-level – On-the-job training provided!

As a Final Assembly Operator, you'll help produce high-quality steel drums while maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.

• →Operate and assist with setup of production and assembly equipment.
• →Follow job specifications, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• →Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• →Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment concerns.
• →Maintain accurate production records and report defects.
• →Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• →Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• →Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• No previous machine operation experience required; training provided.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and workplace safety.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
