FP&A Analyst – Forecasting & Budgeting

• →Support the quarterly Forecast and annual Budget processes
• →Consolidate and analyze submissions from SBUs and functions
• →Prepare financial analysis and management reporting
• →Support scenario modeling and planning tool development
• →Identify key risks, opportunities and performance drivers
• →Drive simplification, automation and use of AI in recurring FP&A activities

• Bachelor's degree typically required in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's is a plus)
• At least 7–8 years of relevant FP&A / financial analysis experience

• Good understanding of forecasting, budgeting and P&L drivers
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with planning and reporting systems (familiarity with Oracle EPM Planning is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Process improvement and automation mindset
• Self-starter who can work efficiently and independently
• Strong ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders

• Strong financial analysis and insights
• More efficient and automated planning processes
