General Laborer/Utility

The General Laborer / Utility supports mill operations by performing a variety of production, material-handling, housekeeping, and utility duties. This position requires the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and perform physically demanding tasks.

• →Support production and mill operations as needed.
• →Operate equipment and assist with material handling.
• →Perform general labor, housekeeping, and utility duties.
• →Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• →Work effectively with operators, mechanics, and other mill personnel.
• →Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed.
• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
