Responsibilities

→Assist with paper production and finishing activities as directed by operators or supervisors.
→Move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility.
→Load, unload, stack, and stage materials for production and shipping.
→Clean work areas, remove debris, and support overall plant housekeeping.
→Help monitor equipment and report mechanical issues, jams, leaks, or unsafe conditions.
→Support machine operators during setup, changeovers, and routine operations.
→Follow lockout/tagout, PPE, and other plant safety procedures.
→Use basic tools and equipment safely and correctly.
→complete routine checks, logs, and production records as required.
→Work collaboratively with team members across shifts and departments.
→Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

The pay for this position is $27.13 per hour. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
