Responsibilities

→Create a culture of employee empowerment, engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
→Lead the maintenance team in following safety policies, procedures, and initiatives to support zero incidents and a healthy work environment.
→Supports capital expenditure projects, including planning, execution, and project management.
→Manage the maintenance budget by tracking expenditures and labor costs against mill and department plans.
→Direct root cause analysis for equipment and system failures and implement corrective actions.
→Use maintenance and production data to identify deficiencies that cause downtime or reduce equipment reliability.
→Provide technical support for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, local, and capital projects.
→Supports and leads elements of preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability, machine improvement, and lean manufacturing programs.
→Plan and prioritize work orders, repair activities, outage work, and maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime.
→Oversee troubleshooting, repair, in-house design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of equipment.
→Ensure replacement tools, parts, and materials are available for manufacturing operations.
→Review productivity reports and conduct routine inspections for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
→Communicate goals and objectives, apply company policy, and staff, train, coach, and develop maintenance colleagues.
→Promote positive colleague relations, review performance, and administer performance management in accordance with company policy
→Drive safety, environmental, and operational excellence initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
→Supports and leads all elements of OPEX activities to include, but not limited to Performance Management, Leader Standard Work, Operator Basic Care, 5’s, and Gemba.

The pay range for this position is $103,900.00 - $176,800.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between105,000.00 to140,000.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
