Maintenance Teamleader

• →Ensure smooth production operations through preventive maintenance and corrective, damage-oriented servicing of machines
• →Lead, motivate, and develop the maintenance team
• →Take responsibility for creating and coordinating maintenance plans, as well as documenting all repair work
• →Create purchase requisitions in the system and obtain quotations
• →Cost control, reporting, and documentation
• →Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance work on machines
• →Plan and implement maintenance projects
• →Work closely with production and neighboring departments such as quality assurance and planning

• Completed technical training or a comparable qualification, along with several years of maintenance experience, ideally in a production environment
• Leadership experience and strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, cost awareness, and a hands-on mentality
• Sense of responsibility and role-model behavior in the areas of occupational safety, environment, and quality
• Confident use of M365 and ERP systems
• Good written and spoken English skills
