Responsibilities

→Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field of study
→5-8 years of experience in internal financial reporting, FP&A, or planning type role
→Familiar with Oracle EPM, Power BI, and AI tools such as Chat GPT, Claude, etc. preferred
→Advanced in Excel and Microsoft Suite

Must be a problem solver and be able to function in a high volume, fast-paced environment that serves many high-profile customers
Highly motivated and demonstrates independence in performance against objectives, with little to no oversight from management
Ability to think analytically and creatively while maintaining financial controls
Ability to simplify, articulate and model complex business questions/matters
Ability to communicate in an effective and clear manner with leaders to influence business decisions through fact-based analyses
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple, competing priorities
Strong oral and written presentation skills
Conducts all work in a confidential, ethical, and professional manner
Proven ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment, further possessing the soft-skills to develop rapport with colleagues outside of finance in an office setting and thrive in our highly collaborative culture
Exhibits leadership competencies and professional maturity in dealing with peers and leaders

What We Offer

The pay range for this position is $81,800.00 - $139,200.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between105,000.00 to115,000.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
