Serve as the senior finance business partner to the SBU leader for Greif’s Closures business, shaping and communicating financial performance, strategic priorities and long-term value creation. This is a Senior Manager-level individual contributor role with no direct reports; impact comes through influence, credibility and partnership.

Build a deep understanding of the business’s markets, customers, manufacturing footprint and value drivers. Lead financial analysis, including growth investments, cost and margin initiatives, capital allocation and, where applicable, portfolio and M&A opportunities.

The role requires strong financial acumen, intellectual curiosity, executive presence, a self-directed style that thrives with minimal oversight, and the ability to turn complex information into actionable recommendations.
