Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Strategy

Serve as the technical resource for Workday integrations, defining enterprise integration architecture, governance, and technical standards.
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions supporting Workday and connected enterprise applications.

Solution Delivery

Design, configuration, deployment, testing, and lifecycle management of Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, APIs, and web services.
Translate business requirements into technical designs and oversee delivery through the software development lifecycle.

Operations & Technical Leadership

Provide production support, root cause analysis, monitoring, and operational governance for HR technology integrations.

Continuous Improvement

Drive system optimization, emerging technology adoption, reporting strategy, documentation, and audit compliance to continuously improve the global HR technology landscape.
