We are a consumer direct mortgage company. We invest heavily in marketing and technology so our Loan Officers spend their time consulting and closing, not cold prospecting. We invest heavily in Google SEO and PPC to generate high-intent, first-party inbound leads managed through HubSpot. A dedicated operations and underwriting team handles conditions and loan progression — you are not stuck chasing paperwork. This lets you focus where it matters most: working with clients and closing deals.

Maintain accurate CRM activity in HubSpot and manage your pipeline with discipline

Earn 5-star reviews as a standard part of every closed transaction
New Loan Officers complete a structured first month of onboarding and Griffin Funding University (GFU), including a final assessment. A 90-day probationary period includes regular coaching and clear performance expectations.
Loan Officers who consistently exceed funding standards will be reviewed for promotion to Senior Loan Officer (at the discretion of the VP of Production), unlocking past client leads, Chili Piper appointments, direct ISA transfers, and priority inbound ring group placement.
