Griffon Aerospace designs, builds, and flies unmanned aerial systems that perform. We're looking for a Capture Manager who has demonstrated success in identifying and winning Department of War contract opportunities that align with our business products and objectives. You'll work directly under our VP of Programs and lead the capture process for Griffon's proposals and growth opportunities. The Capture Manager will find, qualify, and build response strategies on open or soon to release bid opportunities. You will lead the proposal team consisting of engineering, business, and corporate stakeholders through the proposal writing process with a clear but agile plan. You will not just create the plan; however, you must also own the execution and be an authoring SME in the response documents.

You should know your way around the Department of War acquisition process, understand what it takes to shape a compliant response and build a teaming strategy before an RFP ever drops. You should have a demonstrated history of running color team reviews and briefing a program executive office.
