Groome Industrial Services Company is seeking a CDL Operator to join our team. The operator is responsible for maintaining and operating equipment between locations.

Responsibilities

→Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and acceptable ID.
→Possess or be able to acquire a CDL Standard Transmission A or B endorsement; hazmat is recommended but not required.
→Knowledge of safe vacuum operations.
→Knowledge of safe hydro-blast operations.
→Must be able to work overtime, holidays, and weekends (rotating), if required.
→Some travel and night work required.
→Must have acceptable ID, pass a background check, drug screen, and physical.
→High school diploma or GED.
→Possession of a TWIC card is a plus but not a requirement.
→Must understand verbal and written instructions.
→Must be able to read and write.
→Must have basic math skills.

Requirements

Ability to lift, push or pull objects up to 50 lbs. on occasion. 
Able to withstand 70 psi of back pressure.
May reach above shoulder height and below the waist frequently.
May stoop, kneel, or bend, on occasion.
Move in and around confined, cluttered, and uneven areas.
Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects frequently.
Work up to a 12-hour shift doing hard physical work in varying temperatures and outside conditions.
