SAP Security | Remote | Based in Mexico

Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and Authorization management in complex enterprise SAP environments.

• Strong experience owning and supporting SAP Security across Production and non-Production landscapes, with responsibility for security controls, access governance, and issue resolution.

• Advanced knowledge of SAP roles, profiles, authorizations, and role design, including PFCG, SU01/SU10, SU53, SUIM, and authorization tracing.

• Proven experience designing and maintaining complex authorization concepts, including role architecture, composite/single roles, organizational levels, and access models.

• Strong experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD), access risk analysis, periodic access reviews, audit requirements, and compliance controls.

• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control, including Access Risk Analysis, Access Request Management, Business Role Management, and Emergency Access Management/Firefighter.

• Experience supporting security for SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and HANA environments.

• Ability to lead the resolution of complex authorization and security issues, including root-cause analysis and remediation.

• Experience defining and enforcing SAP Security standards, policies, procedures, and governance processes.

• Ability to lead or coordinate SAP Security projects, including implementations, upgrades, migrations, role redesigns, and security remediation initiatives.

• Experience working directly with Cybersecurity, GRC, Audit, Infrastructure, Functional, Business, and external vendors.

• Ability to provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to other SAP Security team members.

• Strong understanding of SAP security best practices, risk management, compliance, and privileged/emergency access controls.

• Strong communication skills and ability to operate as a technical SME / escalation point for SAP Security.

Salary: $100,000 gross.

Contract Duration: 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
