Services Coordinator (Equipment)

At The General Soft Drinks Co. Ltd, we are currently looking for a reliable and professional Services Coordinator (Equipment) to join our Plant & Supply Chain Department.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing asset stock, repair logs, documentation and spare part inventory for the Services Department.

• →Plan and schedule installation/dismantling together with the Equipment Executive on a weekly basis (PEM, POM, Coffee Machines).
• →Ensure that Calls Ticketing System is used by all technicians; calls, installations & workshop respectively, and calls tickets are filled in promptly and correctly by cold drinks technicians to always have an updated control program.
• →Ensure that all installation documents are duly filled and signed by all required parties in the Calls Ticketing System. 
• →Ensure that job sheets are filled in promptly and correctly by cold drinks technicians to always have an updated control program.
• →Responsible for taking calls for 26 weekends during the year (rotating with the Services Coordinator).
• →Collection of spare parts from local suppliers (using a company car).
• →Issuing or Purchase Orders as required by the Logistics Manager.

• School Leaving Certificate 
• Driving Licence B 
• Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft Office
• Good numerical skills 
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Customer care / customer-oriented experience (3yrs+)
• Technical experience would be considered as an asset
