Alternance – Gestionnaire LEA (H/F)
Rythme : 3 jours en entreprise (lundi à mercredi) / 2 jours en formation (jeudi à vendredi) ou 3 semaines en entreprise / 1 semaine en formation

Missions principales
Au sein de l’équipe LEA & Transparence des Liens, vous aurez pour missions :

• Contrôler et approuver les demandes saisies dans les systèmes internes, avant leur soumission aux autorités compétentes.
• Rédiger les contrats et conventions avec les professionnels de santé et leurs associations, puis en assurer la transmission aux autorités compétentes ou aux Agences Régionales de Santé (ARS), dans le respect des exigences et délais réglementaires.
• Assurer la mise en œuvre et le suivi des paiements liés aux contrats avec les professionnels de santé, pour les demandes initiées par le siège.
• Contrôler la conformité des événements organisés et veiller au respect des obligations réglementaires qui y sont liées.
• Compléter et fiabiliser les données relatives aux contrats et conventions en vue de leur publication sur le site dédié de la Direction Générale de la Santé (DGS).
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des process LEA (mise à jour de documents, participation aux audits, accompagnement des équipes internes, etc..)
