Responsibilities

- Continuously assess market needs, monitor product performance, and refine strategies to maximize profitability.
- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen brand equity, market positioning, and product performance.
- Develop and implement differentiated brand strategies to build competitive advantage.
- Drive consistent, impactful, and customer-centric brand messaging across relevant communication channels.
- Translate market and customer insights into actionable brand strategies and initiatives.
- Develop short- and long-term brand plans to deliver market share, sales, and growth objectives.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to refine strategies and maximize brand potential.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend actions to improve product performance.
- Develop innovative communication strategies tailored to healthcare professionals and/or patients.
- Lead the development and execution of in-clinic and out-of-clinic campaigns to strengthen product visibility, engagement, and disease/product awareness.
- Partner with creative and media agencies to develop compelling, insight-led communication and campaign assets.
- Leverage digital and omnichannel platforms to enhance customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis using IQVIA/IMS, SMSRC, and other relevant market intelligence sources.
- Translate market intelligence into actionable insights to identify opportunities, anticipate threats, and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Track emerging market, customer, and competitor trends to inform brand strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute the annual brand and marketing plan.
- Drive timely execution of marketing initiatives in line with strategic priorities and business objectives.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and leverage data and insights to continuously improve marketing impact.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, and other key stakeholders to drive brand performance.
- Provide product, market, and competitive insights to support effective sales force execution.
- Develop and deliver relevant product and brand training to strengthen sales team capability.
- Manage the brand marketing budget and optimize allocation of resources across initiatives.
- Track marketing spends, assess ROI, and ensure effective utilization of resources.
