Consultor Técnico de Hematología

Introducción del negocio:

Como Consultor Técnico de Hematología serás responsable de cumplir con los objetivos de venta en el territorio asignado, posicionando a GSK como un aliado estratégico para la comunidad médica. Tu labor consistirá en implementar la visita médica alineada a nuestra estrategia comercial, buscando activamente oportunidades de negocio en los mercados privado y de gobierno, y proporcionando soluciones de valor para todos los stakeholders del ecosistema de salud, y los equipos multidisciplinarios involucrados en el cuidado del paciente oncológico.

En esta posición, tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollar TU carrera a través de actividades clave, incluyendo:

• Licenciatura concluida en áreas de Ciencias de la Salud o Económico – Administrativas.

• Experiencia previa como Representante de ventas dentro de la industria farmacéutica, específicamente en Hematología u Oncología en los mercados privado y público. Experiencia en lanzamientos de productos de alta especialidad como Hematología, Oncología o Enfermedades Raras, etc.; implementando, coordinando y dando seguimiento a cuentas estratégicas.

• Experiencia en generación de pacientes específicos en instituciones públicas (IMSS, ISSSTE, Hospitales descentralizados.), conocimiento de procesos de acceso, compra institucional en el sector salud y manejo de sector privado (bancos, aseguradoras, centros de infusión).

• Dominio de Microsoft Office, CRM Veeva y auditorías (INEFAM, IQVIA).

• Disponibilidad para viajar.

• Habilidades como curiosidad, pensamiento analítico, trabajo en equipo, proactividad y orientación a soluciones
