Requisiti formativi: Neolaureat* in discipline scientifiche, con forte interesse per l’analisi dei processi produttivi e per l’applicazione di soluzioni digitali e di AI in ambito industriale.

Altri requisiti: Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel per analisi dati e dashboard, PowerPoint per presentazioni). Interesse verso strumenti digitali, data analytics e AI.

Requisiti linguistici: Inglese B2.

Durata: 6 mesi (prorogabile altri 6 mesi)

Durante il percorso di stage, attraverso l’affiancamento costante al tutor e al team, avrai l'opportunità di:

• comprendere il funzionamento dei processi di Secondary Operations in un contesto industriale regolato GMP;
• conoscere più da vicino i processi dell’area asettica e packaging;
• acquisire familiarità con l’applicazione di AI e data analytics ai processi produttivi;
• sviluppare competenze nell’analisi delle performance e nel process mapping digitale;
• conoscere e utilizzare strumenti di Business Intelligence e reporting operativo;
• sviluppare capacità di comunicazione tecnica verso diversi stakeholder;
• comprendere come differenti funzioni, tra cui Operations, Quality, Engineering e Digital, collaborano all’interno di un contesto produttivo farmaceutico;
• sviluppare progressivamente capacità organizzative e una visione d’insieme dei processi industriali.
