Medical Content Specialist (Adult vaccines & Specialty care) - HCM

As a Medical Content Specialist within the Regional Medical Content Hub, you will be responsible for the agile development of high-quality, fit-for-purpose medical content that supports scientific dialogue and helps protect patient health, safety and outcomes.

You will ensure medical accuracy of materials, alignment with global and local guidance and regulations, and suitability for the intended audiences across the International region.

• →Act as the LOC medical signatory for promotional and non-promotional materials, ensuring scientific accuracy and legal/regulatory compliance while implementing an omnichannel strategy.
• →Demonstrate scientific and product expertise across multiple therapeutic areas and GSK products, including understanding clinical studies, risk/benefit profiles and product strategies.
• →Develop local and regional medical materials in line with regional and local regulations, collaborating closely with Commercial to ensure compliance with GSK standards.
• →Lead and support Management Monitoring activities, including CAPA development and follow-up.
• →Drive operational excellence by demonstrating accountability, integrity and continuous improvement, and by identifying and implementing process improvements.
• →Partner with commercial and cross-functional teams to deliver omnichannel campaigns and communicate progress to key stakeholders.
• →Build strong relationships and foster effective networking and collaboration to achieve business results.
• →Independently manage day-to-day responsibilities with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
• →Train and coach colleagues involved in the content development process across multiple therapeutic areas.

• Medical Doctor or equivalent life science degree (medical doctor background strongly preferred).
• Prior experience working with oncology and specialty products (experience in oncology is essential, with exposure to other therapeutic areas such as infectious diseases, respiratory conditions and vaccine-preventable illnesses considered an advantage).
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management capabilities, with the ability to build effective cross-functional partnerships.
• High resilience, with a demonstrated ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
