• Concevoir et déployer des stratégies de communication digitale alignées avec les objectifs de transformation

• Créer, planifier et optimiser des contenus pour les canaux internes (intranet, newsletters, plateformes collaboratives…)

• Renforcer l’engagement des collaborateurs et soutenir l’adoption des outils digitaux

• Contribuer activement aux projets de transformation digitale en collaboration avec les équipes métiers

• Concevoir des dispositifs d’accompagnement : kits de communication, supports pédagogiques (guides, vidéos, infographies, FAQ)

• Participer à la mise en œuvre de campagnes de mobilisation et à l’animation d’ateliers, formations ou démonstrations

• Définir et suivre des KPIs (engagement, adoption, usage)

• Analyser les données et retours utilisateurs pour améliorer les dispositifs

• Proposer des recommandations stratégiques pour maximiser l’impact des initiatives

• Accompagner les leaders, sponsors et managers dans la communication et l’appropriation des transformations

• Contribuer à la stratégie d’influence interne et au storytelling de la transformation

• Agir comme partenaire auprès des équipes pour renforcer l’adhésion au changement

• Un fort intérêt pour la transformation digitale et l’innovation, notamment en environnement biopharmaceutique

• Une posture de business partner, capable de collaborer avec des parties prenantes variées

• Excellentes compétences en communication et en influence

• Capacité d’adaptation et agilité face au changement

• Esprit critique, curiosité et capacité à résoudre des pratiques complexes

• Solides compétences en gestion de projet et sens des priorités
