Clinic Supervisor

• We are looking for a Clinic Lead to work with our professional sports team physicians in our San Francisco office. This is a rare opportunity to take your career to the next level by working closely with our physicians to help treat professional Bay Area athletes and lead a dedicated clinic team. We are looking for candidates with solid clinical experience and a passion for excellence in patient care.

• →Developing and managing the schedule of all Clinic staff, including managing days off schedules
• →Overseeing the performance and workload of clinic staff
• →Communicating disciplinary problems to the manager
• →Working as a float to support Clinic staff and Physician schedules when needed
• →Scheduling patients, maintaining inventory, processing orders, explaining insurance benefits, and calling patients to follow up
• →Fitting patients with braces, boots, other DME as ordered and directed by physician
• →Assessing patients general condition and collecting a focused patient history when working as a Physician Extender
• →Collaborating with physicians to develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs
• →Providing patient education materials, communicating physician advice/instructions to patient
• →Casting and splinting application and removing as appropriate
• →Additional duties as assigned

• Certified Medical Assistant or Certified Athletic Trainer

• Cooperative work attitude toward co-employees, management, patients, visitors, and physicians
• Ability to promote favorable facility image with physicians, patients, hospitals, other physician offices, and public
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems
• Ability to triage patient care questions related to post-op, post-injury, infection, complications, etc.
• Work effectively as team member with physicians and other staff
• Appropriately interact with patients, families, and others
• Ability to flexibly respond to changing demands

• 2 years of clinic experience
• EMR/EHR experience a plus
