Community Supported Living Manager - WI

• →Supervises the Direct Support Professionals in individuals’ homes and apartments and are responsible for training, supervision, scheduling and performance appraisals of the Direct Support Professionals working in these programs.
• →Ensures the needs and desires of the individuals are met or exceeded through the targeted use of staff.
• →It is the responsibility of the Program Manager to manage personnel and ensure staff coverage of the program at all times. In instances where other staff are not available, the Program Manager will provide the supports and services for the program. This position includes on-call responsibilities and providing care to those supported.
• →Managers are responsible for creating and maintaining a safe environment in the home that meets the needs and preferences of the individuals living in their own home and complies with the policies of the organization and all federal, state and local regulations.
• →Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
