The Enrollment Specialist conducts face-to-face and virtual enrollments to consumers who will receive financial management services that support them in the self-direction model of care and serves as an advocate and promoter of self-direction by educating consumers and facilitating the consumer’s understanding of self-direction.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support (i.e., families, guardians) in a timely manner.
- →Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
- →Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience.
- →Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- →Upholds company values and mission.
- →Other duties as assigned.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.
- Will consider candidates with experience relevant to the position.
Requirements
~1 min read- 1 year of experience in a related field
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Personal computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
- Strong ability to participate in a highly effective team
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.
- Work is performed in a remote office setting as well as community-based settings.
- Frequent travel is required.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required for face-to-face meetings.
