Enrollment Specialist - ND

• →Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support (i.e., families, guardians) in a timely manner.
• →Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• →Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience.
• →Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• →
  Performs external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility.

• 1 year of experience in a related field
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.
• Will consider candidates with experience relevant to the position.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.
