Inside Sales

Guardian Tax is growing, and we’re looking for motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our Chandler team.

In this role, you’ll speak with individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax-related challenges. These are 100% warm inbound leads—no cold calling required. Your focus will be on understanding each client’s situation, explaining available solutions, and helping them find the right path forward.

• →Take inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
• →Understand each client’s needs, goals, and situation
• →Explain available solutions clearly and professionally
• →Build trust through strong communication and active listening
• →Handle objections and confidently close sales
• →Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

• Minimum of 6 months of phone sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable handling objections and closing sales
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday shift per month
