Our Civil Engineering team provides comprehensive planning, design, permitting, and construction administration services for land development, municipal infrastructure, and site development projects. • →Lead planning, design, and delivery of site development projects.
• →Prepare grading, drainage, utility, erosion control, and stormwater designs.
• →Develop construction documents, reports, specifications, and estimates.
• →Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
• →Coordinate permitting and regulatory approvals.
• →Mentor engineers and technical staff.
• →Support proposals and business development.
• →Conduct field visits as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Land/site development and municipal infrastructure experience.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency.
• Stormwater management design experience.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

• Sit/stand at a desk or computer
• Walk, stoop, stand and move around job sites
• Travel and occasional site visits requiring stooping, standing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Frequent communication via phone, video, or in-person meetings
• Ability to focus on digital and paper-based information for extended periods
• Some project-based travel may be required
