The Content Production Intern will provide hands-on operational support to the Photo Studio & content team, contributing to the daily organization and execution of e-commerce, lookbook and campaign shootings. The role will support the team throughout the production workflow, from shooting planning and sample preparation to freelance coordination, administrative follow-up and final asset delivery, ensuring that activities are accurately organized and completed according to seasonal priorities and deadlines.

 

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Photo Studio Planning & Shooting Operations

  • Support the preparation and continuous update of the monthly shooting calendar according to production priorities and deadlines.
  • Check upcoming shooting requirements and ensure that all necessary products and information are ready before each shooting.
  • Support the daily organization of Photo Studio activities and shooting preparation.
  • Follow up on missing products, last-minute requests and additional or re-shooting needs, adjusting the operational plan accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure shooting priorities are correctly executed within the required timelines.

 

Sample Management & Production Tracking

  • Check the availability of samples required for upcoming shootings and physically locate missing products when necessary.
  • Coordinate with the relevant Business Units and internal teams to collect samples according to shooting priorities and deadlines.
  • Prepare, organize and track products before and after shootings, ensuring their correct identification and handling.
  • Monitor the status of products to be photographed and delivered, highlighting missing images, delays or additional shooting requirements.
  • Maintain production trackers and seasonal progress files updated.
  • Support sample coding and image/style associations for lookbooks, e-commerce and other production needs when required.

 

Freelance & Administrative Coordination

  • Check availability and coordinate bookings of photographers, stylists and other freelance resources according to the shooting calendar.
  • Collect quotations and maintain an updated overview of confirmed resources and related costs.
  • Collect and track invoices from freelancers and external vendors and coordinate their submission to the Administration team.
  • Follow up on missing invoices or documentation and keep the relevant cost and administrative trackers updated.
  • Organize and archive production-related documentation, ensuring information is easily accessible to the team.

Post-production & Asset Delivery

  • Monitor the progress of e-commerce, lookbook and content productions from shooting through post-production and final delivery.
  • Follow up with photographers, post-producers and relevant external partners to ensure assets are delivered according to agreed deadlines.
  • Perform regular checks on photographed vs. delivered products and flag missing assets, delays or inconsistencies to the team.
  • Support the organization and distribution of final assets and production materials to the relevant internal teams.
  • Support the management of additional production requests and changing priorities throughout the season.

 

Advertising Campaign & Location Shooting Support

  • Support the team in the coordination and production of advertising campaigns and content shootings taking place on location.
  • Assist with pre-production activities, including suppliers, travel, accommodation, transportation, equipment and shooting schedules.
  • Support sample preparation, packing, tracking and logistics for location shootings.
  • Assist with call sheets, production documentation and general on-set requirements.
  • When required, provide operational support on set during local or international productions.

Requirements

  • Degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Communication, Fashion, Business or a related field.
  • Previous experience in fashion, e-commerce, photography or production will be considered a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Hands-on attitude and willingness to work on highly operational activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, reliable and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different internal departments, freelancers and external partners.
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
