Bilingual Spanish Toddler Teacher

¿Hablas español? ¡Te estamos buscando!

A young toddler pulls herself up to the shelf, reaches for the basket she wants, and proudly says “¡Mío!” Moments like this happen every day in a Guidepost Spanish immersion classroom. As our Lead Young Toddler Guide, you create the classroom where they happen.

At Guidepost Montessori, our Lead Young Toddler Guides create calm, purposeful classrooms where curiosity, independence, and confidence grow every day. In our Spanish immersion program, children also absorb a second language the same way they learned their first: through warm, everyday conversation with a trusted adult.

If you’re a fluent Spanish speaker who loves early childhood development and is ready to lead a classroom, this is your chance to make a lasting difference.

As a Spanish Immersion Lead Young Toddler Guide, you’ll lead a mixed-age young toddler classroom in a Montessori setting designed for one of the most important stages of development.
