We serve 500+ students weekly and are committed to being the most inspiring and professionally run music school in Atlanta. Our teachers are not part-time placeholders — they are leaders in the room.

You:
- Teach one or more of the following instruments: guitar, piano, violin, fiddle, banjo, mandolin, voice and have 5+ years of real teaching experience
- Are exceptionally strong on your instrument
- Prepare for every lesson
- Run structured, full-length sessions with intention
- Know how to manage a room (especially kids ages 5–12)
- Communicate confidently with parents
- Show up early and contribute to team culture
- Welcome observation and feedback
- Take ownership when something isn’t working
You understand that talent alone is not enough.
Professionalism, consistency, and presence matter.
This is not for teachers who:
- Wing lessons
- Check their phone during sessions
- Avoid meetings or retreats
- Resist feedback
- See teaching as something they do “until something better comes along”

Requirements

- Run fully structured lessons
- Track student progress
- Contribute to recitals and community events
- Participate in meetings and professional development
- Observe and be observed for growth
- Uphold high standards in communication and conduct
- Pass a background check
A short teaching video is required.
We hire slowly and intentionally.
We offer instruction in guitar, piano, voice, violin, drums, bass, ukulele, banjo, mandolin, and fiddle.
Multi-instrumentalists are a plus.
Experience with early childhood or group classes is a plus.
