Drive full-cycle recruitment for tech & non-tech roles - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring execution.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, headhunting, and passive sourcing.

Manage interview scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring teams.

Maintain data and candidate records in Lever ATS accurately.

Partner with stakeholders to understand role requirements and deliver timely hiring outcomes.

Cold call and cold email several outbound candidates in addition to pipeline management.

Consistent delivery of quality hires within timelines for assigned roles.

Healthy pipeline and reduced time-to-fill through proactive sourcing.

Clear communication and smooth coordination across teams and candidates.

ATS data is accurate, up-to-date, and used to derive insights for process improvements.

2 - 4 years of recruiting experience with hands-on sourcing, screening, interview coordination.

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, passive sourcing, headhunting.
