Talent Acquisition Executive

Recruitment:

• →Deliver full life cycle recruiting: to source, screen, conduct initial interview and prepare candidates for final interviews with hiring managers; offer job to selected candidate(s) and complete the onboard process.

• →Proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads through job boards, social media, agencies, employee referral programs, etc.

• →Evaluate applications, review resumes, conduct reference checks and complete initial phone interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool and make recommendations to hiring managers on the top candidates for in-person interviews.

• →Build applicant sources by various methods to attract candidates including researching and contacting community services, colleges, recruiters, social media, and internet sites; providing the Company profile, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

• →Involve in promoting triannual internship program; hire and train new interns; supervise intern in overall.

Employer Branding:

• →Collaborate with Marketing team to create attractive recruitment content.

• →Research and contact new communities, colleges, universities; as well as maintain relationships with current partners.

• →Support in organizing internal and external events.

• →Measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly by tracking metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and candidate response rates.

• Strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment field

• Highly detail-oriented and able to multi-task

• A degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field

• Prior at least 6-month experience working in talent acquisition/recruitment/headhunting field

• Proficient in English

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook.

• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated is key.
