  • Actively source and attract top-tier talent using creative strategies, including job boards, professional networks, and targeted outreach.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle with a focus on speed, efficiency, and quality.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of candidates for a variety of positions, ensuring a steady flow of potential hires.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess technical competencies and alignment with company culture.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Focus on delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
  • Promote PakWheels’ employer brand by effectively communicating the company’s values, culture, and growth opportunities.
  • Stay informed about the latest recruitment tools and trends to optimize the hiring process for technical roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales and technical recruitment, ideally in fast-growing technology or digital companies.
  • Familiarity with technical roles, tools, and frameworks, such as programming languages, development lifecycles, and IT infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional networking tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently.
