What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of personal trainers
Conduct initial fitness assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
Design and deliver personalized and small-group training sessions
Monitor client progress and maintain high training standards
Support sales goals and help convert prospective clients into active members
Facilitate trainer development, workshops, and team meetings
Participate in local marketing and community outreach activities
Represent GYMGUYZ's core values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE)

What We're Looking For

Certified Personal Trainer through an NCCA-, DEAC-, or NBFE-accredited organization
Current CPR/AED certification
At least 3 years of personal training and leadership experience
Proven ability to deliver client results and mentor other trainers
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Sales and field marketing experience preferred
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Comfortable using mobile apps and technology to manage training and client information
