We are hiring a People Compliance & Employee Relations Specialist to our People team in Brazil!
This role joins our dedicated Employee Relations (ER) team, reporting directly to the Director of Employee Relations. You will be at the heart of our commitment to integrity, working closely with HR, Legal, and leadership teams to safeguard our culture. This is a unique opportunity for a "hands-on" professional to balance technical rigor with common sense, solving real-world problems while driving ethical standards across our Brazilian operations.
- Conduct and lead internal investigations regarding potential policy violations, ethical concerns, and conflicts of interest, ensuring a fair and thorough process.
- Partner with HR teams to provide technical guidance on compliance cases, delivering clear recommendations and ensuring all documentation meets high standards.
- Design and facilitate training programs focused on ethics, the Code of Conduct, and whistleblowing channels for diverse audiences.
- Draft and revise internal policies, ensuring constant alignment between Brazilian labor legislation (CLT) and our global corporate guidelines.
- Support Employee Relations initiatives, including the monitoring of union-related matters and labor relations.
- Collaborate with global compliance teams to implement process improvements and align local practices with international standards.
- Leverage AI tools and GRC technology to increase operational efficiency and provide data-driven insights through case management dashboards.
- Roll up your sleeves and help when needed, maintaining an agile approach to problem-solving.

- A legally or administratively minded professional with a degree in Law, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- An experienced Compliance or ER specialist with a solid track record in internal investigations and labor relations.
- A subject matter expert in Brazilian Labor Law (CLT), capable of translating complex regulations into practical business advice.
- A skilled communicator and trainer who is fluent in English (Intermediate to Advanced) and comfortable presenting ethics topics to various stakeholders.
- An analytical thinker with high attention to detail and experience managing sensitive cases via GRC tools or whistleblowing channels.
- A tech-savvy collaborator who is eager to embrace AI tools to optimize daily workflows and manage conflict-of-interest disclosures.
- A resilient professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
