We are hiring a Marketing Analytics Engineer (AI) to our Marketing team in Brazil!
The Marketing Analytics Engineer (AI) is an embedded analyst position, a hybrid role combining data engineering, marketing data analysis, and applied AI skills. This individual supports the Marketing Analytics team by building and maintaining the data infrastructure that enables business teams to analyze campaigns and overall marketing performance, while also expanding that infrastructure to power AI-driven analytics tools.
You will join the Marketing Analytics team, working alongside an experienced Analytics Engineer who will be your closest technical reference. Responsibilities span data modeling, pipeline management, predictive analysis, and the design of machine-readable business context that makes AI agents accurate and trustworthy. This role collaborates closely with teams across the company (including Martech, Global Analytics, Product Development, and Sales Operations) to ensure data-driven insights effectively drive business growth.
This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.
- Build and maintain the marketing data layer, developing pipelines that transform raw marketing sources into dimensional models (following Medallion architecture) and delivering clean, report-ready tables for downstream analytics.
- Maintain and extend BI data models (LookML and/or dbt preferred) enriched with metadata, business context, and structured definitions that make them consumable by AI agents and natural language analytics interfaces.
- Drive reusable AI skills, tools, and workflows with guidance from senior engineers, empowering analysts and stakeholders to interact with governed data through natural language interfaces.
- Establish AI quality assurance by running structured test cycles defined with the team to validate AI agent output accuracy, identify regressions, and maintain quality standards as models and data evolve.
- Support and advance predictive analysis & attribution, assisting in statistical and predictive models for marketing funnel metrics while operating attribution models that measure channel and campaign contribution.
- Ensure data reliability, governance, and documentation through continuous monitoring, data validation, adherence to responsible AI standards, and comprehensive version control in GitHub.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Martech, Global Analytics, Product Development, and Sales Operations—to ensure high-impact data-driven insights.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.
- An analytics or data engineer with solid experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, business intelligence, or a closely adjacent technical role.
- A technical problem solver with solid in-depth knowledge of Python and SQL, possessing the ability to write clean, production-grade data pipelines rather than one-off scripts.
- An engineer well-versed in modern data architecture, familiar with data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT workflows, orchestration tools (dbt, Airflow, or similar), and dimensional modeling.
- A practitioner with hands-on experience in semantic layer tools (Looker/LookML strongly preferred; Tableau, PowerBI, or similar welcome).
- A curious builder with hands-on experience in applied AI, including LLMs and agentic workflows (designing agent context, AI-assisted pipeline development, or LLM-based production tools).
- A clear, collaborative communicator who enjoys working across both technical and non-technical stakeholders and is fluent in English to collaborate within a globally distributed team.
- An analytical thinker with nice-to-have exposure to AI agent context design (glossaries, structured behavioral rules) and marketing analytics domain knowledge (funnels, attribution, CRM, growth).
We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently. We strongly encourage all aspiring applicants to go for it, even if they don't match the job description 100%. We welcome your application and will be delighted to explore if you could be a great fit for our team. For this specific role, please note that prior experience in SQL, Python, and hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic workflows are mandatory requirements.
