We are hiring a Staff Corporate IT Engineer to our Corporate IT team in Brazil - Remote! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.

CorpIT builds scalable, data-driven solutions that raise Wellhubber productivity across the organization. This role sits at the center of that mandate: you will be the technical owner and strategic voice for the platforms that every Wellhubber touches daily, balancing hands-on administration with long-term technology and vendor strategy. Reporting directly to the Corporate IT Director, you will act as a high-level technical lead and individual contributor, driving strategic partnerships with global vendors, managing enterprise AI capabilities, and collaborating across infrastructure, infosec, and executive leadership without people-management overhead.

  • Own the end-to-end administration, configuration, and lifecycle management of our core corporate IT platforms (including Google Workspace, access tools, and endpoint ecosystems) from discovery to retirement.
  • Drive our enterprise AI strategy hands-on by evaluating, installing, configuring, maintaining, and integrating tools like Gemini and Claude, while actively monitoring token costs and system efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain a multi-quarter technology roadmap for all owned platforms, anticipating future business needs, evaluating market innovations, and executing time-bound milestones.
  • Lead vendor relationship management end-to-end, steering contract renewals, pricing negotiations, SLA enforcement, and technical escalations directly with global tech partners.
  • Own software licensing and cost optimization, systematically auditing usage data to right-size tiers and deliver transparent cost savings to leadership.
  • Partner closely with Infosec, Legal, and Compliance to maintain secure access policies (ZTNA/SASE, SSO/MFA) and uphold strict security standards such as SOC 2 and GDPR.
  • Take a hands-on approach as an escalation subject-matter expert, building automated self-service workflows while solving complex cross-functional challenges alongside internal squads.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

  • A highly experienced technical leader with hands-on experience in corporate IT engineering and enterprise systems architecture, with a proven track record as an individual contributor.
  • An expert in Google Workspace administration at scale, with solid in-depth knowledge of Admin Console settings, DLP, SSO/MFA, and enterprise productivity governance.
  • A forward-thinking technologist with deep familiarity in enterprise AI tools (such as Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI), possessing the ability to deploy, integrate, manage access, and govern usage costs.
  • A skilled negotiator with extensive experience managing enterprise SaaS vendors, holding partners accountable to SLAs, and driving complex contract renewals.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams without direct authority, translating technical trade-offs into business value.
  • A security-conscious engineer with solid knowledge of secure cloud access, network connectivity (Zscaler or equivalent SASE/ZTNA), and data residency compliance.
  • An effective and clear communicator with full professional fluency in written and spoken English, capable of negotiating with international vendors and collaborating across distributed teams.

We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently. We strongly encourage all aspiring applicants to go for it, even if they don't match the job description 100%. We welcome your application and will be delighted to explore if you could be a great fit for our team. For this specific role, please note that prior experience in Google Workspace enterprise administration, hands-on enterprise AI implementation/governance, and fluent English are mandatory requirements.
